Our highly efficient bonding section incorporates a state of the art computer controlled curing oven mated with Alcan’s AVT® Aluminium Bonding Technology to bring you the most sophisticated structures.
The process is contained with in a ‘clean room’ environment sealed at the entrances and exits to ensure the utmost quality.

  
 
Coupled with this the bonding section also incorporates a fly by wire Bolhoff riveting system to fully accompany the needs for bonded and riveted structures.
This is recognised by the Morgan Motor Company which Radshape proudly produces the Aero 8 chassis for. Also The Gibbs ‘Aquada’ amphibian fully utilises Radshapes leading knowledge in this area of manufacture.
