Sheet Metal Worker
Main Purpose of Job:
To produce a variety of components in sheet metal. Shaping ,forming and joining a variety materials.
Key Tasks:
To Comply with health and safety policy
Responsible for regular maintenance of machines and equipment
Responsible for ensuring route cards are filled in correctly.
Responsible for area housekeeping.
To Work from drawings and using own initiative to shape, join and finish components to meet the customer’s quality standards.
To develop manufacturing methods for new jobs
To manufacture parts using general sheet metal tools and techniques.
To participate in continuous improvement projects and attend training courses where applicable

Welder Fabricator
Main Purpose of Job:
To produce welded components using tig, mig, arc and oxy-acetylene welding techniques.
Key Tasks:
To comply with health and safety policy.
Responsible for regular maintenance of machines and equipment
Responsible for ensuring route cards are filled in correctly.
Responsible for area housekeeping.
To work from drawings and using own initiative to weld and fabricate components to the customer’s quality standards.
Developing manufacturing methods including jigs and fixtures.
To manufacture parts using general fabrication tools and techniques .
To participate in continuous improvement projects and attend training courses where applicable.
