About Radshape Sheet Metal Ltd

Established in 1967 Radshape Sheet Metal Ltd have over 40 years experience in the manufacture of precision sheet metal parts. Using traditional skills and craftsmanship hand in hand with new production methods involving state of the art computerised technology to supply high quality parts across all Industry Sectors.

From the outset, Radshape has adopted a strong customer orientated approach, striving to achieve higher standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The sheer diversity of products produced at Radshape is evidence of the company’s extraordinary flexibility from Brackets to Bumpers, Panels to Petrol Tanks, Speaker Grilles to Radiators. Small intricate work to industrial parts.

Our workforce of 60 combine traditional skills with the latest technology: New generation 5kw Laser; CNC Punch Press and Press Brake machines; TIG / MIG Welding; skills to form and fabricate complex components together with CAD / CAM engineers operating Catia version 4 & 5.

Approved to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001 and working towards the new automotive standard TS 16949 our systems and procedures are in line with Environmental / Health and Safety standards. With experienced and highly qualified staff, Radshape is able to offer consistently good service with fast quotations, reliable delivery and guaranteed quality.
