The Key Goals of Radshape Sheet Metal Ltd Mission Statement Our mission is to become a World Class Component Manufacturing Operation. The focus of our Mission is the Customer – we remember that the Customer has a choice and that in everything we do we must strive to exceed expectations. Profit is the measure and people are the tools of our success and we aim to create an environment which encourages innovation, team work, commitment, opportunity and high levels of job satisfaction. In addition detailed documented procedures cover the requirements of Health and Safety, Environmental Requirements and Employee Legislation.
