Team Overview
The challenge team of 12 from Radshape are of varying
ages and fitness levels. Participants come from all areas of
the company and include apprentices, shop floor personnel
and management. There is of course an extended support
team for help with driving, preparation and food duties once
more coming from all areas of the company.
Whilst there is a personal note to the challenge and a serious
cause there is already a buzz about the company with the
emphasis on ‘Team’ relationships and bonding, something
else we are specialists in!
